A Great Start to Your Skin Care Routine

When a company has been around as long as AVON, new products are constantly being researched and developed. Choosing skin care products can be kind of daunting because there are so many available on the market. Of one thing you can be sure, AVON almost always brings new products to market first and competitors soon follow with their version. A perfect example of this is when in 1992, AVON introduced the ANEW line of products, the very first products on the market containing alpha hydroxy. Alpha-hydroxy is a chemical by-product from fruit and milk sugars. Alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) are used in skin care products to exfoliate dead skin cells and encourage them to produce more collagen.

AVON understands that every woman's skin is different and that each of us are concerned about the various ways our skin chooses to show signs of aging. For example, I have a few wrinkles, and at this point, I'm more concerned about my skin tone and firmness. AVON makes choosing the right products for your skin care concerns simple. Each ANEW line is packaged in a different color. Blue for first signs of aging, brown for moderate signs, and gold for advanced. Depending on which skin care concern is most important to you, it is possible that you'd could be using a product from each grouping. That's the beauty of AVON skin care. Since we don't all age at the same rate and even our skin doesn't age the same in areas at a similar rate, AVON gave us the freedom to customize our perfect skin care routine for our skin!
